Marcell Iványi and Gábor Hörcher have established KraatsFilm to produce film, television and theatre productions in Hungary and to coproduce with other countries.
The company has made video installations and commercials for television and for internet as well as fictional and documentary works for different media.
KraatsFilm has coproduced "ERDŐ" with the Hungarian University of Theatre and Film, it was screened in the short film competition at the Berlinale, 2011. The documentary "ROMA RALLY" has won the 2011 Robert Bosch Coproduction Prize and is still in production.
MARCELL IVÁNYI - Producer
Marcell Ivanyi was born in 1973 in Budapest, Hungary. He graduated at the Academy of Film, Budapest, Film and Television Directing Department and studied Dramaturgy, Drama Writing and Acting at the Klotildliget Drama School. He won a Palme d`Or at the Cannes Festival in 1996 for his short fiction film 'Wind', and a Scholarship for Screenwriting at the Cinéfondation Residence, in Paris in 2000. He established KraatsFilm with Gábot Hörcher where he directs and produces in different film and theater productions and works as an actor at Playgrund Imrovisation Theatre led by Andrew Hefler. He is the creative producer of the Yvette Bozsik Company since 2007. - CV -

GÁBOR HÖRCHER - Producer
Gábor Hörcher was born in 1980 in Budapest, Hungary. He attended the University of Psychology, Law and the University of Film Studies, and has worked as a waiter in London, and as a mixer and bartender in Greece. He has lived in the US, France and Cambodia, where he taught courses on Human Rights, Revolution and Democracy at a local university.
He started working with director and producer, Marcell Iványi early 2008. They run KraatsFilm together producing films and theatre performances. - CV -
